Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for supporting project management efforts by coordinating activities, resources, and information across various projects. The ideal candidate will be able to multitask effectively and communicate clearly with team members and stakeholders, ensuring that project goals are achieved on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development of project plans and timelines.
  • Coordinate project activities and resources among team members.
  • Track project progress and prepare status reports for stakeholders.
  • Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
  • Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders.
  • Maintain project documentation, including contracts, reports, and correspondence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination or management.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
