As all of our products are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed. We encourage customers to carefully review their orders, including any designs, sizes, and specifications, before finalizing the purchase.

2. No Cancellations

Once an order is confirmed and payment is made, it enters our production process within 24 hours. Due to the custom nature of the items, we are unable to cancel or modify any orders after they have been placed, but still you can contact us on whatsapp within 12hours after placing order.

3. Exceptions

In rare cases, if there is a defect in the product or an error on our part (e.g., wrong design, incorrect size delivered), we will gladly correct the issue by offering a replacement.
