Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Process customer orders by scanning barcodes, labeling boxes, picking products, and preparing shipments.
• Palletize and re-palletize products for shipment.
• Operate ground/manual manifest stations and dock manifest duties such as scanning pallets and running shrink wrappers.
• Transport pallets using material handling equipment.
• Ensure tasks are completed according to departmental standards and procedures.
• Maintain work area per Quality System Regulations (QSR) and follow Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
• Adhere to safety standards and operating practices to prevent injuries.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.

Experience Required

• No specific experience required, but experience in warehouse or distribution environments is beneficial.
• Familiarity with material handling equipment, RF scanners, and electric pallet jacks is a plus.

Skills & Certifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced distribution environment.
• Basic math, analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• General knowledge of distribution, QSR, and computer operations.
• Effective communication and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Ability to read and interpret distribution documents and operate in a metrics-driven environment.

Eligibilities & qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Ability to operate material handling equipment and RF scanners.
