Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, including scanning barcodes, labeling boxes, picking products, and preparing packages for shipment.
• Palletize completed orders by scanning, retrieving, and placing them on pallets.
• Re-palletize products for shipment as needed.
• Operate dock and ground/manual manifest stations, including shrink wrapping completed pallets.
• Transport pallets using material handling equipment when required.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned duties per departmental standards and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and compliant work area as per QSR guidelines.
• Adhere to Good Documentation Practices (GDP) as outlined in Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Follow safety procedures to maintain a secure working environment.
• Ensure regular and reliable attendance.

Experience Required

• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.

Skills & Certifications

• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Capability to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven distribution environment.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting distribution documents.
• Familiarity with material handling equipment and RF scanners.
• Basic analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• General knowledge of Quality System Regulations (QSR).
• Competency in operating electric pallet jacks.
• General computer skills.

Eligibilities & qualifications

• Ability to work under minimal supervision.
• Strong commitment to safety and adherence to operational procedures.
• Good mathematical skills for basic calculations.
