As a Telemetry RN, your core responsibilities blend micro‑ and macro‑clinical thinking. You’ll monitor cardiac rhythms, interpret telemetry data, identify arrhythmias, and implement timely interventions in line with physician orders and hospital protocol. You’ll manage alarms, perform accurate medication administration, and maintain meticulous documentation in the electronic health record.
