Transaction Coordinator - Bilingual - Katy, TX

In-Office | Richmond / Houston, TX Area

On Target Earnings of $70,000 with a combination of Base + Per-Deal Bonuses + Notary Pay + Growth Track

We’re building a lean, fast-moving real estate investment company in the Houston market — where sales sell and operations scales .

This role exists to own everything operational so the sales team can focus 100% on revenue and leadership can focus on growth.

As our Transaction Coordinator , you will run the operational engine of the business — from contract to close — ensuring transactions move cleanly, documents are flawless, vendors are aligned, and nothing falls through the cracks.

This is a high-ownership, high-impact role for individuals who seek real responsibility, meaningful growth, and a clear path to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Transaction Coordination & Closings

  • Manage the full real estate transaction lifecycle from seller contract through closing
  • Coordinate with title companies, escrow officers, attorneys, agents, and county offices
  • Ensure all documents (deeds, affidavits of heirship, closing statements, etc.) are executed, recorded, and stored properly
  • Schedule and manage seller signings and payouts
  • Track expenses, invoices, and closing costs
  • Proactively push deals forward and remove bottlenecks
  • Provide executive and personal assistant support to leadership (10–20% of time)

Notary & Document Execution

  • If you are not currently a notary, the company will assist you in registering.
  • Serve as the company’s in-house Notary
  • Conduct and manage all notary signings (remote and mobile)
  • Partner with sales to reduce friction and increase speed to close

Qualifications

  • Experience in real estate transaction coordination, escrow, or operations management
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ownership mindset with consistent follow-through
  • Comfortable using tools like Trello, Monday.com, Asana , or similar
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
  • Alignment with our core values

Schedule & Location

  • Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
  • Location: In-office, 5 days/week
  • 24200 Via Mazzini Way, Suite 301, Richmond, TX 77406 (Houston Metro)

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary + Bonuses for On Target Earnings of $70,000
  • Thanksgiving week (paid)
  • Last two weeks of the year (paid)

Growth Path

  • Promotion track to Senior Operations Manager / Director of Operations
  • Formal performance and compensation review at 6–12 months
  • Additional upside as deal volume and responsibility increase
