Job Description

**Job Summary** The Technical Delivery Manager is responsible for overseeing the successful execution of complex technical projects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions. This role bridges the gap between technical teams and stakeholders, utilizing a deep understanding of both technical domains and project management methodologies to navigate challenges and drive project completion. **Duties & Responsibilities (other duties as assigned)** - Project Planning and Execution: o Manage the entire delivery process, including timelines, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and quality control. o Develop detailed project plans and ensure adherence to schedules. - Technical Expertise: o Provide guidance on technical decision-making and problem-solving. o Ensure the use of best practices and innovative solutions in project execution. - Stakeholder Communication: o Act as a liaison between technical teams, product owners, business stakeholders, and other departments. o Ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals and progress. - Agile Methodology: o Facilitate collaboration and continuous improvement within the development team. o Implement and manage Agile processes to enhance project delivery. - Performance Monitoring: o Track project progress, identify potential risks, and take corrective actions to maintain delivery on schedule and within budget. o Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on project status. **Education, Experience & Certifications** + Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
