Summary / Objective
The Systems Manager - Logistics is responsible for managing the onboarding and integration of new clients, operational programs, and system solutions within a logistics or supply chain setting. This role ensures that all customer, operational, and technical requirements are successfully executed through structured project management, cross-functional coordination, and continuous process improvement. Acting as the main liaison between clients and internal teams, the Implementation Manager drives projects from initiation through go-live and stabilization, ensuring a seamless transition into ongoing operations.

Lead the end-to-end implementation process, including discovery, planning, testing, and deployment
Develop and maintain project timelines, milestones, and documentation
Coordinate efforts across Operations, IT, Warehouse, Transportation, and Customer Support teams
Collaborate with technical partners to ensure proper integration of systems and data (e.g., WMS, TMS, EDI, API)
Identify and mitigate risks, troubleshoot issues, and ensure projects remain on schedule and within scope
Facilitate training and documentation for internal teams and external partners
Capture lessons learned and standardize best practices to enhance future project delivery
Monitor key performance indicators and communicate progress to leadership and stakeholders

Required Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
5+ years of experience managing client implementations or operational projects within logistics, supply chain, or related industries
Experience with warehouse and transportation management systems (WMS/TMS), data integrations, and project documentation
Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional initiatives and multiple stakeholders
Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project, Asana, or equivalent)
Professional certification such as PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent preferred
