The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in public accounting or CPA firms, with exposure to client management, payroll processing, sales tax compliance, business licenses and permits, month-end close procedures, and financial statement preparation. Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and adaptability are essential for success in this role.
