Position Overview We’re looking for a detail-oriented
Staff Accountant who thrives in a hands-on role and wants exposure to all areas of accounting within a dynamic construction setting. This role is perfect for someone who’s eager to take on responsibility, learn from experienced leaders, and step into greater roles as the company continues to scale.
Key Responsibilities - Assist with day-to-day accounting operations, including AP/AR, journal entries, and account reconciliations
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
- Track project costs and assist with job cost reporting
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Support budget preparation and financial analysis efforts
- Collaborate with project managers and field teams to ensure accurate financial data
- Assist with process improvements as the department grows
Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1–3 years of accounting experience (construction industry experience a plus but not required)
- Strong understanding of GAAP
- Proficiency in Excel; experience with construction accounting software is a bonus
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment
