Job Description

We are seeking a Senior R&D Engineer with solid hands-on experience in SolidWorks, Windchill change management, and medical device product development. The role involves supporting design, development, and verification activities while ensuring compliance with engineering and industry standards. The engineer will work cross-functionally to support design updates, V&V processes, and documentation activities.

Responsibilities

• Utilize SolidWorks for product design, modeling, and engineering documentation.

• Support Windchill change management activities and related configuration updates.

• Contribute to medical device product development processes and documentation.

• Participate in Validation and Verification (V&V) activities.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate design status clearly.

• Ensure compliance with product development guidelines and quality standards.

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in R&D or mechanical engineering roles.

• Strong proficiency in SolidWorks (12+ years).

• Experience with Windchill change management.

• Background in medical device product development.

• Understanding of Validation & Verification processes.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
