About the Role:

We’re seeking a Senior Consultant with Student Housing
experience who can lead software implementations, optimize client operations,
and serve as a trusted advisor. In this role, you’ll manage product rollouts,
strengthen client relationships, and help teams maximize the value of their

What You’ll Do:

• Manage and execute successful Enterprise Resource Planning
  (ERP) deployments
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through
  proactive communication, on-site visits, and ongoing support
• Deliver training and consulting services to help clients
  streamline operations and get the most out of Yardi software
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend
  best practices aligned with client goals and industry standards
• Mentor team members by sharing knowledge, guiding
  problem-solving, and contributing to internal training initiatives

Who You Are:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Math, or
  Computer/Engineering Sciences or other equivalent relevant experience in
  property management or applicable industry.
• Eight plus (8+) years of experience in software or business
  process consulting or equivalent consulting experience interacting with
  customers
• Five (5) years of experience managing projects on
  accounting, business process, property management, or real estate software
• In depth knowledge of property management industry and
  Yardi’s competitors
• Proven experience in ERP systems
• Proven experience positively influencing clients, peers and
  management
• Proven experience independently managing and resolving a
  variety of client issues
• Extensive experience managing projects with multiple touch
  points
• Ability to think and act strategically by visualizing new
  possibilities, challenging assumptions, and recommending the implementation of
  new ideas or strategies
• Proven excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven client-centered commitment and focus
• Proven ability to meet critical deadlines and prioritize
  multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Collegial, team-oriented disposition with the desire and
  ability to establish cooperative working relationships with employees at all
  levels within Yardi, outside of Yardi, and with clients
• Ability to travel up to 80%

Annual Salary Range: $119,200 - $134,100
