Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) Contract
We are seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) for a 13-week contract assignment in a fast-paced emergency department. This role is ideal for a confident, adaptable RN who thrives in high-acuity environments and is comfortable working rotating shifts, including consecutive weekends as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to emergency department patients
Rapidly assess, prioritize, and manage patients with varying levels of acuity
Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per physician orders and protocols
Monitor patient status and respond promptly to changes in condition
Collaborate effectively with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
Accurately document patient care and outcomes using the electronic medical record system
Adhere to hospital policies, safety standards, and emergency nursing best practices
Required Qualifications:
Active Hawaii Registered Nurse (RN) license (must be active prior to contract start)
Minimum of 5 years of Emergency Room nursing experience
Ability to work rotating shifts and consecutive weekends as scheduled
Strong critical-thinking, communication, and multitasking skills
Certifications Required:
BLS (Basic Life Support)
ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
Additional emergency-related certifications as required
Additional Information:
Holiday coverage is required; holiday pay applies only when the shift begins on the holiday
