Cerner Provider and Non-Provider (Cerner Clinical PCM and Bridge)

Common Job Description:

• Experience with Cerner Application support, Incident resolution, Implementation of Cerner Millennium Projects.
• Experience in configuring and troubleshooting CERNER solution functionalities/Components.
• Perform complex troubleshooting investigations and documenting notes and knowledge articles.
• Gather requirements and determine scope of work and plan for on time delivery.
• Ability to work self-sufficiently on assigned time sensitive tasks.
• Develop and maintain good relationships with peers and clients, provide timely feedback to encourage success.
• Strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills both in written and verbal correspondence.
• Ability to learn and adapt to changing landscape and acquire new skills with technology advancement and to work, coordinate with global teams.
• Readiness towards work at odd hours/on-call and weekends as and when needed. Should be open to shifts.

Required Skills: Provider and non-provider

• Experience in support and build of both Ambulatory, Provider and non-Provider applications is required.
• Experience in implementing Dynamic Documentation, Notes, IView, Message Center, Powerforms, Care compass, Task List workflows and subsequent maintenance and enhancements.
• Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Smartsheets
• Experience with ticketing tool ServiceNow is preferred
• Ambulatory, FirstNet, Non-Provider (Nursing), Order/PP, PCM (PowerChart Maternity), PowerChart/ Phy Doc, Provider Service (Mpages Bedrock), Referral management, Power Forms, Nursing Documentation, Physician Documentation, Dynamic Documentation, Behavior Health, DCP Tools, iNET
• Knowledge of Build tools Privmaint, Prefmaint, Bedrock, DCP Tools, Revenue cycle maintenance, CS pricing tool, Olympus
