Senior Helpers Southern Maryland—part of a nationally recognized leader in home care—is looking for a compassionate PRN Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver exceptional care to seniors in your community. Service Areas: Accokeek, Brandywine, Cheltenham, Clinton, District Heights, Ft. Washington, La Plata, Oxon Hill, Suitland, Temple Hills, Waldorf, White Plains What You’ll Do

Conduct client intake assessments and ongoing reassessments
Develop, update, and monitor individualized care plans
Oversee care management for both clients and caregivers
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to enhance care practices
Mentor and train caregivers, supporting their professional growth
Lead and assist with Caregiver Skills Training Evolutions
Promote client safety and respond promptly to concerns
Maintain accurate, timely documentation for all client interactions

What We’re Looking For

Active RN license in Maryland or a compact state
At least 1 year of long-term care experience preferred (motivated new grads and retired RNs welcome!)
Strong commitment to confidentiality, ethics, and client dignity
Willingness to travel throughout our service area
Excellent communication and organization skills
Positive, collaborative attitude and the ability to work independently
