Position Title: Registered Nurse - Nurse Educator

Hourly Pay: $70 to $80/hr
Weekly Pay: $2,625 to $3,000/week
Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Registered Nurse - Nurse Educator for an exciting Travel or Local job in New York, NY.
Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and evaluate educational programs for nursing staff and patients in Maternal and Adult Care.
Provide mentorship, coaching, and clinical support to nurses in the field and in-office settings.
Conduct competency assessments, skills validations, and continuing education sessions.
Collaborate with clinical leadership to identify training needs and quality improvement opportunities.
Participate in orientation programs for new nursing staff.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current best practices, evidence-based guidelines, and regulatory standards.
Assist in the development of educational resources and policies that promote clinical excellence.
Travel to field sites to observe, support, and educate nurses during patient care delivery.
Qualifications:
Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York State.
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s degree in Nursing Education or related field preferred.
Minimum 3–5 years of clinical experience in Maternal and Adult Care settings.
Prior experience in nurse education, training, or staff development strongly preferred.
Demonstrated ability to teach, mentor, and motivate nursing staff effectively.
Excellent communication, organization, and critical-thinking skills.
Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) and standard office software.
Must be able to travel locally to provide field education and support.
