Registered Nurse Home Care Southeast Charlotte & Union County, NC Looking for flexibility and purpose in your nursing career? Pay: $35-41 per hour, based on experience

What You’ll Do As a Home Care RN, you'll oversee and support caregivers and ensure that our clients receive the high-quality personal care they deserve. Duties include:

Develop and update individualized client care plans
Conduct supervisory RN visits to assess condition and quality of services
Provide hands-on caregiver training
Ensure caregivers demonstrate competency with delegated tasks
Reassess each client's needs and satisfaction every 90 days or as needed
Document any changes in client condition and adjust care plans accordingly
Maintain communication with clients and designated family member
Reports to the Agency Director any condition which requires further attention in providing home care services
