Hours : Full-time and Part-time options available
Rate : $20-$25 per hour

Job Description : We are seeking professional, articulate, kind, and passionate individuals to join our team. As an RBT, you will play a crucial role in providing therapy to children with autism, helping them to grow and reach their full potential.

Qualifications :

• Certified as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
• Passionate about working with children and individuals with autism
• Professional, articulate, and kind demeanor
• Growth-minded with a desire to learn and improve
• Reliable and committed to consistent attendance

Responsibilities :

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism
• Implement individualized treatment plans
• Collect data on client progress
• Communicate effectively with team members and caregivers
• Maintain a positive and encouraging environment for clients
