Our Business Development and Account Management teams act as orchestrators, essential to the successful delivery of compelling proposals and pitches to win new business and complex branding programs for clients. Leading collaboration across diverse team members, they bring clarity to new business and client workstreams alike, proactively communicating to ensure teams are aligned and delivering toward a common goal.

In every one of our offices, you'll find the simple secrets to our success: People who have found their purpose. Teams that are encouraged to work with one another. All sorts of thinkers, dreamers and builders who are naturally both creative and strategic. At Siegel+Gale, you'll have an endless supply of new experiences as you do work that connects with people all over the world—and you'll do it in an environment that helps you grow.

The Project Coordinator role offers the opportunity to collaborate across all practices to define projects and develop pitch presentations for prospective clients while supporting Business Development, and to lead projects for current clients while supporting Account Management. Although the balance between these focus areas will shift based on need, the role consistently provides strong exposure to the branding industry and the enterprise clients we serve.

As Project Coordinator at Siegel+Gale, you will:

  • With prospective clients you will research prospective clients and develop concise internal briefs
  • Maintain and update standard proposal language and case-study libraries
  • Lead proposal development for new business opportunities and brand RFPs, coordinating cross-functional teams to provide input and tailor content as required
  • Coordinate the creation of concept work and points of view for proposals and pitch presentations
  • Manage internal timelines to ensure all proposal, pitch, and submission deadlines are met
  • With current clients, you will own all aspects of project management to ensure that work is delivered to scope, on-time and on budget
  • Create project workflows, schedules and budgets for various brand strategy and design programs, coordinating with other practice leads and finance as needed
  • Facilitate and track project progress, coordinating collaboration across cross-functional teams and proactively communicating project and client updates
  • Identify risks and implications to timelines and proactively communicate them to team members and stakeholders when necessary
  • Create meeting summary reports and identify action items, tracking progress and following up
  • Keep Account Directors and practice leads abreast of progress, proactively identifying and communicating issues and working together to resolve them
  • Manage project knowledge, resources, and client materials to ensure various team members' activities and work product are aligned
  • Liaise with finance on client billing and invoicing matters as needed

You're a great fit for this position if you:

  • Have 1-3 years experience
  • Enjoy bringing diverse teams together around a common goal
  • Enjoy problem-solving and asserting leadership to accomplish tasks
  • Are proactive and detail oriented, with strong organizational skills and a keen sense of urgency
  • Have strong verbal, visual, and written communication skills
  • Have a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, while working under strict deadlines
  • Have experience with and an aptitude for AI
  • Explore different tools and ways of working to increase efficiency, effectiveness and enjoyment of the work

This position will be four (4) days in-office at our Los Angeles or San Francisco location.
