This unit focuses on managing individuals who require multidisciplinary care due to the interconnected nature of heart and kidney diseases. You will also be training in completing peritoneal dialysis as well as caring for a variety of other patient conditions.

What We Offer:

Flexible Shifts:  Choose from 3 to 12-hour shifts per week, available between 7 AM-7 PM or 7 PM-7 AM. Each scheduling period includes 6 night shifts and 6 weekend shifts, with an additional $2.00 per hour for off-shift work.

Generous Sign-On Bonuses:  Eligible candidates can receive sign-on bonuses of $15,000 for new graduates and $20,000 for nurses with 1+ years of experience, with a two-year commitment.

Monthly Loan Repayment:  Nurses who recently graduated may qualify for up to $20,000 in loan repayment, distributed over three years.

Paid Time Off : Enjoy up to five and a half weeks of PTO annually, plus seven paid holidays.
