PRN Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team and help us continue our mission of outstanding care.
Position Summary: As a PRN Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, resident-centered nursing care in our long-term care community. You will provide leadership and clinical expertise while working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best outcomes for our residents.
Responsibilities: - Provide compassionate, skilled nursing care in accordance with facility policies and state regulations
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Monitor, document, and report resident conditions and changes
- Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care
- Supervise and support nursing assistants and other team members
Qualifications: - Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio
- Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Commitment to providing quality care with empathy and professionalism
