Eden Senior Care , founded in 2016, is a growing Healthcare Management company, focused on managing and operating Skilled Nursing, Rehabilitation, and Assisted Living communities in Minnesota Wisconsin.

Position: Part-time Registered Dietitian

We are seeking an exceptional Part‑time Registered Dietitian for Fair Oaks Lodge . This is a wonderful opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents. The position offers approximately 12–16 hours per week.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Routinely visits the facility(s) assigned with the frequency of visits to be determined by the complexity of the nutritional program and size of the facility.
• Assesses the nutritional status of customers inclusive of lab value interpretation, consumption patterns, weight maintenance, food/drug interactions, dietary compliance, customer independence, and overall customer well-being.
• Performs assessments routinely on new admissions, monthly for customers at nutritional risk.
• Ensures appropriate documentation of nutritional assessment and recommended intervention in the customer chart and/or care plan; reviews the documentation of others regarding nutritional concerns and responds appropriately.
• Review diet orders and documentation of the reason for the change.
• Maintains two-way communication with center Administrator, Food Service Director, and Nursing Services.
• Addresses appropriate nutritional concerns with all members of the nutrition support team including the Food Service Director, Nursing Services, Speech Therapist and Occupational Therapist
• Gives diet instruction for residents.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Dietetics, Nutrition preferred
• Registered Dietitian and holding a license in the state of MN is required
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations for long-term care facilities and the food service industry.
