JOB REQUIREMENTS: IQ Resource Group is hiring packagers for a growing
company in Wautoma and have immediate openings on all shifts! This role is crucial in maintaining the flow of production and ensuring customer satisfaction through accurate and timely order fulfillment. Both 8 and 12 hour shift options are available! Wage: \$17-\$20 an hour based on shift Duties Pack products into boxes or containers according to specifications and quality standards. Inspect items for defects or damages before packing. Label packages accurately with shipping information. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency. Assist in inventory management by tracking packed items and reporting discrepancies. Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals. Follow all safety protocols and procedures while handling materials. \*\** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Requirements Previous experience in packing or warehouse operations is a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards. Physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift packages, and perform repetitive tasks. Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
