Virtuous Wellness Center (VWC) is seeking a dynamic, licensed PRN Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to join our growing team in a supportive, patient-centered environment.

At VWC, we believe in “Empowering Exceptional Health and Wellness in communities.” Since 2014, we’ve been delivering holistic care including Physical, Massage, and Acupuncture therapies. Our beautiful, modern facility in Arnold, MD, expanded in 2022, offering 4 private treatment rooms and a spacious therapy gym.

Position Highlights:
As a PRN OTA, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality, compassionate care to our patients, while supporting our mission and setting a strong example for our team. This is a flexible, on-call position — perfect for professionals looking to make an impact without committing to full-time hours.

What You'll Do:

• Deliver hands-on care in collaboration with our OT team.
• Guide and motivate patients in their therapy plans.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment.
• Communicate clearly with staff and patients.
• Manage a caseload of up to 12 patients/day when scheduled.
• Uphold all federal, state, and local regulations and VWC’s SOPs.

What You’ll Bring:

• Current Maryland OTA license.
• Excellent communication & leadership skills.
