Availability Requirements:

• Position Type: Part-Time
• Saturday availability IS REQUIRED . This is not a Monday–Friday only position
• This position is for nights between 2pm-12am for closing shifts

• Keep kitchen areas clean, stocked, and organized

• Execute position-specific best practices and maintain up-to-date knowledge through in-house training
• Complete assigned opening and closing tasks
• Follow food safety and restaurant procedures at all times
• Encourage and uphold the vision and values of the restaurant

• Adhere to dress code and appearance standards

• Perform other duties as assigned

What you'll do:

• Perform general and deep cleaning (windows, floors, walls, ceilings, equipment, etc.)
• Be knowledgeable of all cleaning equipment and cleaning best practices
• Wash and sanitize all dishes and utensils
• Sweep, scrub, and mop all floors
• Clean underneath equipment throughout the restaurant
• Clean drains, soda towers, and inside of coolers including walk-ins
• Clean all surfaces in the building
• Maintain the dumpster pads, ensuring free of any debris or trash
• Clean all trash cans in the building
• All deep cleaning procedures and high to reach places are executed and maintained
• Safely operate around kitchen equipment and report maintenance issues.
• All windows and walls are free of fingerprints, oil, or stains
• Complete assigned opening and closing tasks
• Follow all Chick-fil-A policies, dress code, and safety procedures
• Exhibit Core 4 and Second Mile Service behaviors
• Demonstrate urgency, proactive thinking, and openness to feedback
• Support the restaurant’s mission and values
• Communicate clearly and professionally with team and leadership
• Remain on your feet for extended periods and multitask effectively
• Take on other cleaning and maintenance duties as needed

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Reliable transportation
• Professional, strong work ethic, and a heart for service

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively
• Works well independently and as part of a team

• Willingness to learn, grow, and take initiative
• Available to work Saturdays; flexible scheduling offered (closed Sundays)
• Able to lift 5–50 lbs and stand for extended periods
