On The Glow , a luxury medical spa in Porter Ranch , is seeking a dynamic, organized, and sales-proven Medspa Manager to lead our talented team and oversee the daily operations of our fast-growing aesthetic practice.

We specialize in high-end, natural-looking treatments using cutting-edge technology and advanced injection techniques. This is an incredible opportunity to join a practice that values professionalism, results, and personalized client care .

You’re a natural leader with a passion for aesthetics , strong organizational skills, sales-proven , and a commitment to delivering an exceptional client and staff experience. You balance business acumen with people skills, and you're just as comfortable managing schedules and inventory as you are supporting your clinical team and helping clients feel at their best.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the medical spa, ensuring a seamless and luxurious client experience from beginning to end.
• Manage staff schedules, front desk operations, and patient flow.
• Serve as a liaison between providers, clients, and corporate leadership.
• Monitor inventory and vendor relationships.
• Drive revenue by supporting sales of treatments and skincare products.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and health guidelines.
• Assist in managing social media coordination, marketing initiatives, and promotional events.
• Lead by example with a high level of professionalism, discretion, and customer service.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years experience in medical spa or aesthetic practice management or sales management position (or similar leadership role in a luxury setting).
• Strong knowledge of medical aesthetics, cosmetic procedures, and skincare.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Customer service experience in a high-end environment.
• Drive sales performance by meeting monthly revenue goals and coaching team members to achieve their individual targets.
• Familiar with EMR systems, scheduling software, and POS systems (e.g., Aesthetic Record, Vagaro, etc.).
• Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and maintain grace under pressure.
• Passion for beauty, wellness, and luxury client care.

Location: Porter Ranch, CA
Schedule: Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays (varying hours) - 4 days a week.
Hourly + Commission.
