And we’re looking for an enthusiastic, skilled Massage Therapist to grow with us!

What You’ll Do:

As part of our team, you’ll have the chance to make a real difference every day:

• Deliver exceptional massages tailored to each guest’s unique needs (Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, Prenatal, and more).
• Offer enhancements and upgrades to elevate the experience (and earn extra income!).
• Share your knowledge to promote the wellness benefits of regular massage and self-care.
• Maintain a welcoming, safe, and serene space for every client.
• Support spa operations by helping with room readiness, cleanliness, and teamwork.

• Hourly base pay ($22/hr) plus tips averaging $20–$30 per massage .

What We’re Looking For:

• A licensed Massage Therapist in California (or eligible for a Napa permit).
• Skilled in Swedish and Deep Tissue , with additional modalities a plus.
• Passionate about wellness, self-care, and helping others feel their best.
• A team player with excellent communication and a warm, professional presence.
