Job Description

Our client in the EdTech space is looking for a fully remote Marketing Coordinator to join their team for about 40 hours a week for the next 12 months with a possibility for extension!

The Marketing Coordinator must have:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

• High attention to detail and organization

• Experience using Salesforce, Asana, Zoom and Oracle is preferred

The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for:

• Providing internal support for a team of marketing managers, managing multiple projects and deadlines

-Updating and creating sales tools, marketing collateral and product information in internal systems

• Variety of admin tasks such as submitting invoices, ordering supplies, creating contracts, monitoring supply budgets, updating databases to ensure data accuracy etc.
