Job Title: Loan Officer Location: Scottsdale, AZ (Old Town) Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM About the Role We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Loan Officers. In this role, you will assist clients in applying for and securing loans, evaluate applications, explain loan options, and guide them through the approval process. You'll work closely with financial institutions to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations. Key Responsibilities + Train directly under top-producing Mortgage Bankers and leadership. + Learn and apply real sales tactics through hands-on coaching. + Handle calls from warm leads sourced from multiple referral and lead channels. + Master the use of CRM and loan origination systems. + Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and referral partners. + Participate in sales meetings, contests, and performance incentives. + Thrive in a fast-paced, competitive team environment that rewards effort and results. Essential Skills & Qualifications + No prior mortgage experience required; comprehensive training provided. + Bachelor's degree or 2+ years in inside sales, service, military, or commission-based roles. + Background in sales, hospitality, retail, customer service, or athletics is a plus. + Strong communication skills (phone, written, and in-person). + Outgoing, competitive, and motivated by financial growth. + Ability to excel in high-expectation environments. + Self-starter with organizational and problem-solving skills.
