LITIGATION ATTORNEY / non-partnership track

Location: Seattle, WA

Our client, a prestigious Amlaw 50 firm, is seeking an experienced Career Attorney to join their cutting-edge Litigation Business team. This non-partnership track position is an ideal opportunity for a seasoned attorney looking to handle high-level litigation for a diverse client base in a role with more flexibility and a lower billable hour requirement.

Candidate Profile

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record
• Active Bar Admission in Washington , in good standing
• 7+ years of substantive civil litigation experience, including employment litigation
• Demonstrated expertise in drafting briefs , motions , and discovery documents , including e-discovery
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with a proven ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly and effectively
• Experience managing deposition and trial preparation
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• A proactive, client-centered mindset and strong interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities

• Support th e litigation team with case management and progression in civil and employment litigation matters
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery documents
• Handle discovery -related tasks, including e-discovery
• Facilitate deposition and trial preparation projects
• Keep the litigation team organized and running efficiently

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Salary : Expected annual salary range of $150,000-$234,000 , depending on experience and market factors
