Key Responsibilities – Research & Market Insights in Technology and Consulting
- Conduct thorough market mapping and talent research for strategic consulting and technology roles.
- Source, identify, and assess high-potential candidates through advanced research methodologies and digital tools.
- Produce clear, actionable research reports and talent intelligence for both business development and client projects.
- Support consultants and partners with sourcing strategies for mid-senior, consulting, or software specialist appointments.
- Analyse hiring trends, competitor activity, and sector developments in key geographies (NYC, London, Munich, Berlin).
- Contribute to client presentations with data-driven insights and research findings.
- Participate in knowledge sharing and best practice initiatives within the global research team.
Essential Experience – Research, Talent Intelligence & Technology Markets
- Experience in executive search, in-house research, or market intelligence roles – technology/software strongly preferred.
- Track record of delivering talent mapping, market insight, or competitor research for recruitment, consulting, or strategy projects.
- Exposure to AP/P level recruitment, data analysis, or strategic research delivery.
- Sector experience across technology, public sector tech, consulting, or professional services is highly regarded.
- Skilled in using digital sourcing platforms, Boolean search, and research tools.

- Exceptional analytical, research, and reporting skills.
- Outstanding attention to detail and ability to prioritise projects independently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to collaborate and advise internal stakeholders and clients.

- Adaptable, proactive, and able to work across time zones as part of a diverse team.
