Practice Type: Independent Partner (100% Outpatient)

Location: Long Island, NY (Nassau & Suffolk Counties)

Offices: North Babylon, Massapequa, Coram, Plainview, Levittown

Compensation: 25% of Profits ( K1 Model - Must have patient following)

Schedule: Flexible / Make Your Own Hours

We are looking for local practitioners—specifically those seeking a transition or looking for more stability—to join us as partners.

Requirements:

• Licensure: NYS RN & NP license, BLS, and Board Certification.
• Education: BSN and MSN from an accredited nursing school.
• Specialization: Must be trained in Internal Medicine.
• Experience: Must have clinical experience; we are not considering new graduates.
• Location: Preference for candidates based in Long Island with an established patient following or those retiring from private practice.
