Job Description Our Emerging Talent Programs, which includes Interns and Trainees offer unique opportunities for students, recent graduates, and emerging talent to work alongside the teams that come together to create movies, TV shows, and other great experiences. These seasonal, paid assignments provide meaningful and productive work that builds on your experience and develops your skills further. You will be provided with challenging tasks, real-world experience, and many educational and social networking opportunities. This Spring Internship is from January 12, 20 or 26, 2026 through April 24th, 2026 (start and end dates are flexible based on school schedules) and all candidates must be able to work 10-29 hours/week, in person in the specified office location. This position is ideal for a student enrolled in an accredited college or university interested in continuing their education through professional experience. RESPONSIBILITIES: + The Casting Process: Observing and participating in the casting process + Researching actors for our shows, creating lists for upcoming series + Tracking new and up and coming actors + Assisting executives in tests, table reads and studio sessions + Anticipating office needs, learning how to one day be an assistant QUALIFICATIONS: + Passion and focus on casting + Experience in basic Microsoft Office + Interest in entertainment, television, and acting + Web/tech savvy, proficient in social media + Excellent written and verbal communication skills PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: + Experience at casting office, agency or other office environment Sony Pictures Entertainment is an equal opportunity employer.
