Job Title: Graphic Designer

Job Type: Contract-Hybrid

Duration: 9 Months

Location: Beaverton, OR, 97005

NOTE: Previously worked for the NIKE or with the similar brand experience required.

Responsibilities:

The nature of the work is focused on the appearance of product, communications, or collateral materials.

Graphic Design - Under direction from Design management, uses design skills to create original graphic designs that appropriately reflect Client’s design ethos. These projects include, but are not limited to the development of print, packaging, 3-D retail displays, event signage, logo systems, imagery, video, and collateral materials . Effectively uses computerized systems in the design process.

Project Management - Works with functional teams from initial concept development to final production and distribution. Manages individual projects beginning with attending internal briefings, managing timelines, and scheduling work-back schedules, budget management, supplier coordination, reviewing specs, recommending production alternatives, and maintaining quality production standards.

Client Liaison - Act as a liaison among Company managers ( Image Design, Marketing, product design, etc.) and outside agencies. Communicates Marketing, product design, etc.) and outside agencies. Communicates project details, design requirements, scheduling needs, and graphic materials.

Designer Support - Provides design support for higher level designers as needed.

Experience Requirements-

Typically requires a Bachelors Degree and minimum of 2-4 years directly relevant work experience .

Note: One of the following alternatives may be accepted: PhD or Law + 1 yr; Masters + 0-3 yrs; Associates degree + 1-3 yrs; High School + 3-5 yrs.

Top skills Required include the following:

• Adobe Suite expertise (Illustrator)
• Experience with project-based management tools preferred (Wrike, Airtable)

Desired soft skills:

• Detail-oriented
• Design skills preferred (ability to draw, sketch images manually
• Prior Company experience highly preferred; those candidates will be prioritized
• CLO 3D experience nice to have
• ETW will help with Olympics 2028 work designing performance wear
• Direct team of ~12; will also do a lot of cross functional work
