We are seeking an enthusiastic and analytical-minded individual who is passionate about Ralph Lauren and eager to learn.
To be eligible for a US-based Ralph Lauren Internship position, applicants must:
- Attend college full-time in the United States and be entering your final semester or year of undergraduate studies with a graduation date of December 2026 or May 2027
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Able to work in an in-person or hybrid workplace environment arrangement
- Available the entire duration of the 10-week internship and reside within a commutable distance to one of our office locations (NY, NJ, NC). A housing stipend will be provided to help with travel and accommodations.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
The Global Corporate Communications intern will assist with the strategic communications of our President & Chief Executive Officer Patrice Louvet, in support of our overall business objectives, as well as the programming and communications of our Global Leadership Team forum.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy and Planning: Planning the engagement strategy for our CEO and planning for individual engagements.
- Narrative: Developing, updating, and refining core messaging documents and key messages for specific engagements in briefing documents.
- Writing: Drafting written communications (emails and letters), talking points for engagements, and workplace and LinkedIn content for our CEO.
- Press: Support strategizing and executing key press engagements for our CEO in partnership with Corp Comms.
- Internal Communications: In partnership with Employee Communications, planning and preparing for key employee engagements for our CEO.
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree in journalism, PR, Communications, Media, Marketing, or related concentration.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Proactive self-starter who goes above and beyond what is asked
- Flexible and agile; willing to learn
- Team player with excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Stellar writing and editing skills – PowerPoint plan development, news releases, fact sheets, talking points, executive briefing documents
- Interest in news, trends and the fashion / apparel industry
- Extensive knowledge of MS Office Suite (PPT, Word, Excel, SharePoint), with ability to quickly learn other applications, as necessary
Desired skills for all intern roles: - Strong understanding and appreciation of the Ralph Lauren aesthetic, brand heritage, and the retail industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong writing and math skills; retail math a plus
- Highly organized and eager team player
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and deliver results with attention to detail
- Thinks strategically to seize opportunities and solve problems
- Active listener with strong communication; clearly communicates ideas, both written and verbally
- Ability to balance creativity with practicality
- A self-starter who excels in a dynamic, ever-changing environment and can switch gears as required
