Job Description

Description

At Stancil Services, our fleet is the engine that powers our work. Across the company, we rely on over 300 vehicles to deliver the craftsmanship and dependability our customers trust every day.

We’re seeking a Fleet Manager who brings both strategic insight and operational excellence to keep that engine running at peak performance. The Fleet Manager will oversee every aspect of our company-wide fleet—ensuring safety, compliance, and efficiency while driving down costs and maximizing uptime. This individual will play a central role in managing maintenance, registrations, telematics, and vendor partnerships.

If something has wheels and carries the Stancil name, this person will make sure it’s safe, compliant, and ready to roll.
