Dog Grooming Receptionist Location Meridian, ID :

Receptionist

CleanPup Mobile Grooming is the leading mobile dog grooming company in the treasure valley and grooms more than 10,000 dogs annually. We are currently seeking a part-time receptionist to manage our office and help with the clerical and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic and hard-working professional that is adaptable to change, self-motivated, outside the box thinker, animal lover, has a friendly personality and excellent communication skils. We will provide training to use our appointment booking system, filing system and contacting clients via phone or text. However, we ask that you must possess the ability to multitask, work quickly and efficiently, be organized and be reliable.

RIdeal Candidate for Receptionist:

  • Prior experience as receptionist or admin assistant in a grooming salon
  • Knowledge of Dog Grooming
  • Communicate Professionally/Phone Skills/Customer Service
  • Problem Solving
  • Dependable
  • Attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Answering phone calls and coordinating the schedule
  • Scheduling appointments for a multiple groomer company
  • Text appointment reminders and record confirmed appointments
  • Reply to client text messages
  • Taking payments or creating invoices
  • Be familiar with the CleanPup Mobile Grooming products and services

Skills

  • Proven experience as a receptionist or admin assistant
  • Knowledge of dog grooming
  • Working knowledge of MS Office; experience with V-Suite or other office management software is an advantage
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment

Schedule

  • 5 Hour Shift

Education

  • High school or equal (required)

Experience

  • Grooming receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
  • Customer Service: 1 year (required)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week

Compensation package:
