Join a dedicated dry-van operation out of Chesapeake serving a major retail account. This is 100% touch freight — manual unloading required.
Earnings
- $0.90 per mile (≈ $1,800/week)
- $300 orientation pay (first paycheck)
- $100 weekly safety bonus
- $240 per-trailer unload pay
- $40 short-haul / $20 stop pay

Hours & Home Time
Night runs into early morning; home every weekend for reset; occasional Saturday deliveries.
Requirements
- 6 months verifiable CDL-A experience required
- Must be 21 years old with a valid CDL-A license
- Clean driving record (MVR) and PSP check
- Reside within 70 miles of Chesapeake (ZIP 23320)
