As a Customer Service Representative , you’ll be the front-line voice of nonprofit campaigns and socially responsible brands. You’ll help people understand, connect with, and support causes that matter.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent nonprofit organizations at live events, fundraisers, and community outreach programs
Engage the public in a friendly, professional, and authentic manner
Share compelling stories about social causes, nonprofit missions, and community impact
Educate individuals on ways to get involved and support nonprofit initiatives
Build relationships that foster long-term donor engagement
Collaborate with your team to ensure campaign success
