Seeking a Credentialing Specialist to join our team in Brooklyn. As a leading national provider of behavioral health services specializing in ABA therapy for children with autism.

Position Overview
As a Credentialing Specialist, you’ll ensure our clinical and administrative teams remain fully compliant with credentialing standards. You’ll manage high-volume provider credentials across multiple states, supporting seamless onboarding and ongoing compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee end-to-end credentialing and recredentialing processes nationwide

Verify licenses, certifications, education, and background checks

Maintain accurate credentialing records in databases and software systems

Collaborate with HR, Compliance, Clinical Ops, and Billing teams

Conduct audits and resolve credentialing gaps or expirations

Serve as a resource on credentialing standards and timelines

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, HR, or related field (preferred)

Knowledge of credentialing standards, payer requirements, and compliance a plus

Proficiency with credentialing systems/EHR platforms (preferred but not required)

Detail-oriented with ability to manage high-volume processes

Strong communication and teamwork skills
