Summary RNDC is looking for a talented and energetic control state sales representative to join our growing team. The control state sales representative is responsible for advancing and securing sales in the market, performs functions to secure new accounts and service the needs of the existing accounts with an assigned territory.
In this role, you will - Promote and sell a portfolio of spirits and beverage alcohol products to on- and off-premise accounts in your assigned territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, bar managers, and distributors
- Execute merchandising standards, including shelf placement, product rotation, cold box organization, and promotional displays
- Present new products, features, and brand programs to drive visibility and sales
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate deliveries to ensure proper stock and presentation
- Participate in promotional events, tastings, and account activities, including some nights and weekends
What you bring to RNDC - Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Valid driver's license and ability to meet insurance requirements
- State-issued Alcohol Beverage Commission (ABC) License (as required)
- Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds (occasionally up to 100 pounds)
- A self-starter who enjoys a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment
