Greet and assist customers with rentals, payments, and general inquiries.
Support sales efforts by responding to leads and promoting products and services.
Help maintain a clean and welcoming office and customer area.
Process payments and support daily tasks such as bank deposits, reports, and record updates.
Assist with managing past-due accounts and supporting lien processes.
Help track facility performance and provide updates to leadership.
Conduct property inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and appearance standards.
Assist with basic maintenance tasks such as unit cleaning, changing locks, and light upkeep.
Help maintain supply inventories and escalate safety/security issues when needed.
Work closely with the Property Manager to ensure smooth daily operations.
Step in during scheduled absences or high-volume periods to support the property.
Uphold company policies and embody “The Highline Way” in daily interactions and decisions.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently, multitask, and prioritize.
Comfortable performing light maintenance and physical tasks.
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, etc.).
High school diploma or GED required; college coursework a plus.
Prior experience in retail, customer service, or facility operations preferred.
Valid driver’s license and insurance; ability to pass background/drug screening.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Availability to work Saturdays and maintain a consistent part-time schedule (24 hours/week).
