Job Details:

Responsibilities:

• Assemble the entire product or component as part of a team
• Learn all tasks and stations of the assembly process
• Rotate stations rather than being permanently assigned to a specific task
• Regularly use tools or machinery
• Read and understand assembly instructions, blueprints, and schematics
• Conduct quality checks and ensure conformance to specifications
• Keep equipment operational by completing preventive maintenance or requesting repairs
• Resolve basic assembly and production issues or report to the manager
• Troubleshoot malfunctions
• Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment 
• Complete inventory checks to ensure the supply area is stocked
• Work with the team to meet daily goals, quotas, and deadlines
• Comply with company safety guidelines and always wear protective gear

Position Requirements:

• Previous manufacturing, assembly or warehouse experience preferred but not required
• Required to stand for an extended time
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in various weather and temperature conditions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment with precision
• Engage in frequent bending, squatting, pushing, pulling, and lifting
• Strong attention to detail
• Willingness to learn
