We are seeking a skilled and professional Aesthetic Nurse Injector to join our growing clinical and aesthetics team. The ideal candidate is a licensed Registered Nurse (RN), Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Physician Assistant (PA) who is confident in providing aesthetic treatments as well as supporting the physician and clinical team in patient care.
This is a hands-on role that blends aesthetic artistry with clinical care , offering a dynamic balance between medical spa and surgical support responsibilities.
Aesthetic & Clinical Care
Perform injectable treatments including neuromodulators (Botox®, Dysport®, etc.), dermal fillers, and PRP as directed and trained.
Conduct consultations, develop individualized treatment plans, and educate patients on procedures, skincare, and post-treatment care.
Provide care to physician patients, including assisting with rooming patients, taking vitals, preparing for and assisting with in-office procedures, and post-operative care.
Perform tasks such as removing sutures, drains, and dressings under physician supervision.
Manage and document patient encounters in compliance with HIPAA and practice protocols.
Support physician and clinical staff during in-office minor procedures as needed.
Operational & Administrative Support
Assist with patient phone calls, follow-ups, and pre-/post-procedure instructions.
Monitor and order clinical supplies , ensuring exam and procedure rooms are properly stocked and maintained .
Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant clinical environment at all times.
Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless daily operations and exceptional patient experience.
Active and unrestricted RN, NP, or PA license in the state of Tennessee.
Prior aesthetic injection experience preferred (Botox®, dermal fillers, PRP, etc.).
Experience in a plastic surgery, dermatology, or medical aesthetics environment preferred.
Strong understanding of facial anatomy and aesthetic balance.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient-relations skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.
